Bondsman-Supervised Electronic Monitoring a First in the County

WYSOX, PA – An armed robbery suspect may get an unusual condition of release: an electronic monitoring system which would also be overseen by a bondsman. Jordon Garrett Brown, accused of armed robbery, is seeking to have his bail reduced from $60,000 to $30,000, but a judge still has to consider authorizing the bondsman-supervised electronic monitoring. If the deal goes through, this could be the first time in the county that such an agreement has been struck. Bondsman Roger Brown would supervise the teen through electronic monitoring.
