Fake Bondsmen Apprehended

LEE COUNTY, FL – Ahizer Alvarez was arrested after posing as a bondsman. In addition to illegally impersonating a bondsman, Alvarez has also allegedly threatened legitimate bondsmen in the area with physical harm. The faux bondsman was trying to operate a business, Sunshine Bail Bonds, without being properly licensed and registered as a bondsman. In December, his wife was arrested on similar charges.
