Local San Diego Legend Passes Away

George “King” Stahlman, a San Diego bail agent for over 60 years, passed away on Friday, February 13th.  Stahlman was 85.  A well-known figure in the San Diego area, Stahlman held the oldest bail bond license in the state.  According to his family, his motto was, “Early to bed, early to rise, work like hell and advertise” - a good motto for any bail agent.
