Bondsman Catches Former NASCAR Racer

SAN CLEMENTE, CA –  A bondsman captured and turned in former NASCAR driver James Edward Neal, securing a second arrest for Neal is the past week. Neal was recently bailed out of jail on false imprisonment and attempted rape charges and was recently sentenced for a high-speed chase with police. Police Investigate Bondsman Shooting

KANSAS CITY, MO - A bondsman was shot in the leg at a gas station after a confrontation with another man over an alleged theft. Reportedly, the bondsman was shot with his own weapon. Authorities are investigating the incident. Reports indicate that the bondsman confronted a man about a theft and a struggle ensued. During this incident, the bondsman’s weapon fell to the ground.
