Though Deputy Public Defender Bill Schowe had been trying to force charges against Duane Chapman for false reporting and attempting to influence a public servant, Fourth Judicial District Judge J. Patrick Kelly refused the charges. Schowe was trying to force the charges from an earlier incident in May where Chapman and his crew claimed that fugitive Hoang M. “Dog” Arrests Man Inside Police Station

Cheazere Whiteley had gone with his parents to a police station in Colorado Springs, CO with the intent of turning himself in for failing to appear in court. During the process of turning himself in, Duane “Dog” Chapman and his team (including film crew) swooped in and arrested him. Officers at the police station recognized Chapman as a bounty hunter and let him make his arrest. According to Sgt. “Dog” Co-Star Timothy Chapman Not Guilty

A Hawaiian judge found Timothy Chapman of “Dog the Bounty Hunter” fame not guilty of indecent exposure. Chapman was arrested a year ago after allegedly exposing himself to a woman in a shopping center parking lot then driving towards a security guard. He was charged with indecent exposure for the incident, along with terroristic threatening. Chapman has claimed all along that he had spilled juice on his pants and was in the back seat of his SUV with tinted windows taking his pants off to dry them. The judge ruled in his favor on...
