Woman Sues Mayor/Bondsman in Son’s Death

Deborah Ray may have lost her son, but she’s not about to give up this fight. Ray is suing Robert Smith, the mayor of Columbus, Mississippi and her deceased son’s bondsman, for the death of her son, Justin Smith.  Justin Smith was unarmed on January 31, 2008, when he was shot and killed by two officers.
