Burglary Suspect Says He Was Looking for Fugitive

Brandon Gillenwater was arrested for allegedly burglaizing a residence. The Kingsport, Tennessee police department claim Gillenwater had broken a window at the residence he is accused of burlgarizing. Police came to investigate after a neighbor reported the incident. Gillenwater claimed he was working for A-Hood Bonding Company and was looking for a fugitive. TN Bail Agent Tasered, Still Recovers Skip

Michael Farrar, a Tennessee bail agent, was shot with his own taser at close range while trying to apprehend a fugitive on March 25.  Farrar had been pursuing Bethany Brashears after she walked away from a rehabilitation center.  By leaving the rehabilitation center Brashears was in violation of a bond Farrar had written for her.
