Clients Protest Bail Agent in Texas

El Paso, Texas. An angry mob of protesters waved signs outside of Apodaca Bail Bonds in downtown El Paso. Protesters claim that they showed up for their court dates and have been awaiting the return of their bail deposits for more than 30 days. Apodaca has claimed Chapter 11 bankruptcy, but it is not clear if the bankruptcy is protecting Apodaca from repaying clients’ bail debts. Read more here. Read More →
