Are Bail Agencies Discriminated Against When Leasing Office Space?

Wentworth, North Carolina– The Wentworth Town Council heard from local bail bondsmen at a recent meeting, after last month’s meeting singled out bondsmen in a discussion of leasing offices in the local town hall building. Last month, Councilman Dennis Paschal noted that he would “discriminate” against bondsmen when leasing the office space.
